I am a member of the HOA and I request the members of the HOA be given the opportunity to observe the board officially remove Jamie Owens from the board. In addition I call for the members to be given the opportunity to vote the following board members off the board: Patty Jameson, Kenneth Jameson. Judith Jones, and Tyler Sobkovich and to replace them with new board members. I hope this is sufficient for this oi be added to the agenda of the upcoming meeting. If not I will follow up with a letter mailed to the HOA via snail mail and by certified mail and a copy given to a board member.
Should be a fun meeting Please let me know why I should keep four board members whose actions have opened the association up to a law suit./ Sorry but removing a board member who a bona fide member of the association at the time of the action is a violation of State law. And yes the association once that person wins gets to pay their attorney as well as the associations. It would be fun to watch some board members squirm on the witness stand. Yes yummy.
