To this day I have requested 3 times prior communications with zero response. ( On 7/27/23, again on 8/5/23, and finally on 8/8/23 with zero response and the requests were sent to Kristen Cavanaugh and her assistant Katy James at Belcher Swanson Law Firm.
I recommend the HOA owners DEMAND that a new unbiased lawyer be obtained.
This “I represent the board as a whole” line is a bunch of bullshit and proven with the lack of response to anyone but the PARTIAL board(Individual Directors)
