Board Failure to provide 2023 Annual Owners meeting minutes.

I have the same question, why are we still waiting for this very important information? Why is this Board so secretive? What is this Board hiding? There is so much mistrust with this Board of Directors starting with that weirdo Ken Jameson and his earring. why can’t he come out of the closet to answer basic questions that homeowners have asked and need answered. Vote these directors out they are not of any value to our HOA. Same with Judy Jones who is nothing but a two bit liar and not a member but is just here hanging out with her boyfriend and needs to be sent the message that she does not handle HOA finances…period!
