You did not provide a ballot to anyone in the mailed packet. If the vote is by ballot the wholde proxy thing is null and void. As per the by laws members should be able to submit an absentee ballot by mailing it in. Members can only fill out one ballot at the meeting and cannot include proxies. The tellers cannot vote. The count must be included in the minutes whatever it come out per the teller. Is that what the members of the board desire? Has the organization ever done a ballot vote.Who are these neutral people counting the votes and all?
As far as the website being messy shall we address the park. It is a mess and the tennis court the organization has a responsiblity to maintain a disaster. It is a messy white elephant. Something I think the board should address with a committee. Since this is not on the official agenda of the special meeting discussing it at the special meeting is moot and must wait until a board or the annual meeting.
