I have asked several times for the minutes of board meetings to be posted, or provided them in some manner or the opportunity to copy them. So far silence. I have demanded proper notice of board meetings and any other meetings per the by laws and state statutes, so far I and other members have not received notice. Facebook is not proper notice, nor am I and other members on Facebook. Nor have I given permission to receive notice electronically. In addition the current board has not been able to have a proper quorum since October, though the removal of any electronically. member at that meeting is disputed. No board member received the required 43 votes of all the members to remove them. The President has failed to act in a reasonable and unbiased fashion and put his needs before the interests of the HOA. The board requires 5 members to hold a meeting with two married members or closely related members on the board. Only with 5 members is it possible for the other members to get to 51 percent. Politically the board has failed to appoint a new member to replace Jamie Owens who was removed in August, and this board must like shooting itself in the foot. I also have the issue on how the attorney was authorized by the board and paid to do that letter to the members. A letter that benefited only the President and failed to address statements made by the President at the October membership meeting. Looking forward to the proposed meeting minutes, and anther members meeting to complete the meeting as per the agenda.
