7/27/23 12:47 PM – Stu letter to lawyer requesting info – (UPDATE after close of business 7/27/23: No response thus far from lawyer, showing possible conflict of interest with the lawyer being biased to specific HOA Board Directors and not others – Lawyer is supposed to represent the Board as a whole and not individual directors.)
7/27/23 1:13 PM- Hand delivered ( By Ken Jameson and Judy Jones) letter to Stu McWilliam (Director) and Jamie Owens (Vice President) CANCELLING the meeting the DAY of the meeting(which was scheduled for 4:30 PM). Complete disregard to peoples schedules, and complete disregard wasting more money engaging the lawyer to be their personal mediator.
7/27/23 4:54 PM – Ken Jameson, Judy Jones, Patty Jameson and Tyler Sobkowich were notified to never step foot on the property of 5580 & 5585 E Shoreview Again. Further delivery will need to be done via mail, receipted-email, receipted telefacsimile, or phone) Per section 5.2.4 Amended and Restated Bylaws of Bay Ridge Community Club.
7/27/23 – 6:56 PM – The board members pursuing this action were notified: Anyone who choses (this goes for all other board members or anyone sent on behalf of the board, with the exception of registered process servers) to not follow this, the Sheriff will be called and violators will be trespassed(By the Whatcom County Sheriff).
