There is a new requirement that coporations including non profits and HOAs provide information to the Federal government on who is a stakeholder or is running the coporation. There are hefty penalties for not complying. The act maybe unconstitutional, but only those invoved with a single law suit are exemhttps://reason.com/2024/03/11/feds-enforcing-unconstitutional-reporting-law-against-most-businesses/pt or affected by that suits outcome. Is the Bay Ridge HOA in compliance have out officers and board members provided the required information including copies of licenses or passports to the Federal government? Ha our attorney provided information on this change or any of the changes for HOA in 2023 and potential changes for 2024?
