Kenneth Jameson at it again, Stuffing the ballots with “PROXY Ballots” he gathered, so they could fraudulently determine the outcome of the voting.
Proxies should have not been allowed (JUST LIKE THEY WERE NOT WHEN I WAS ELECTED, It was a SECRET BALLOT Election and PER the president at the time (Tim Springstead) Proxies should have only counted in the event of a TIE!
Except now in this case, twist the rules to your favor and use an excessive amount of proxies (he was filling out ballots for a good 20+ minutes). ASK YOURSELF, why it is okay now, and not previously?! Because the corrupt board does what they want to get their own way! THERE WAS A QUORUM AT THE MEETING, THOSE VOTES ALONE SHOULD HAVE BEEN SUFFICIENT JUST LIKE THEY WERE IN A PRIOR ELECTION!!!
IF BOARD MEMBERS ARE UP FOR REMOVAL IT SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED FOR THOSE SAME BOARD MEMBERS TO TAKE PROXY VOTES TO AFFECT THE OUTCOME! What kind of CORRUPTION will they come up with next!
This will be contested, and it will be made public just exactly how many proxy votes Kenneth Jameson Submitted, and most likely were all VOTING against only ONE PERSON to further push their vendetta.
This corrupt board is opening themselves up perfectly for a Lawsuit, and possibly personal law suits against specific Officers. They are already costing the HOA Money (and they conveniently wont tell you how much of that $9000+ lawyer bill is because of PATTY) ASK that question and see how they LIE about it!

One proxy or 10 or a hundred and it is a spoiled election. do not think even the ballots met legal requirements. There was no real need of a secret balot. If so that is something members should have been given the right to determine. the type of vote. A hand vote for each individual up for removal or a roll call would have been sufficient, members choice.
There are reasons that the whole thing should just have been a straight up election. Aside from the issue that the HOA was dissolved at the time of the election, the election at the Annual meeting was not properly done. Not one of the board members that were already on the board were properly nominted and there was no vote in any manner on them. Very very sloppy and why the membership allows them to get asay with this is just a sign of complacency and sloth. Why are there not specific voting and election stuff in the by laws, and since the by laws state the HOA will go by Roberts Rules of Order it is more than just a guideline, it has force of law, unless the bylaws say otherwise you go by Roberts. Not doing the minutes of the previous meeting which Robert’s requires and the by laws and state law all require it, maybe beyond sloppy. A member can sue over just that and win.
10 total proxies of which Ken had 4, not 20. We will all be off the board in June because a volunteer position trying to help in the neighborhood should not have to endure the harassment caused by 3 individuals in the group. And you still can’t let go. Really sad.
only 10 proxies were used PERIOD? Took him 20 minutes to fill out 4 proxies? When I sat there and watched him fill out paper after paper sitting at the table…Should have video recorded it. Cause that is very DOUBTFUL. Will believe that when proof is given. I will let go when the corrupt 4 are gone. Ya know, the ones who cry bullies when they do the exact same thing. GOOD RIDDANCE!
Get Mallari or Daren to fact check that and provide the number to the community then I will believe it. But unless he has serious problems reading and writing there’s no way he sat there the whole time filing out (Lot number, signature, and Initials) on ONLY 4 papers. The proper way to do it, would have been the members up for removal NOT VOTE and NOT have proxies. But that’s not how things are done around here. Everything BUT the proper non biased way
