A meeting is a MEETING…

So whether you call it a “planning session” or not, No cute little name change is going to get around the fact you are the BOARD MEMBERS, getting together, gathering… MEETING! yah know.. like PHYSICALLY MEETING! Especially when the purpose of the get together, “planning session” or gathering is to  CONDUCT HOA BUSINESS, Then GUESS WHAT??

ITS A MEETING!

You can dress a donkey up like a unicorn, But guess what.. ITS STILL a Jackass!

 

Really need to up your vocabulary and comprehension skills. Maybe take some college classes when you’re all done with the board. That should give you something do to with all your free time you’ve clearly enjoyed wasting for the last 4 months.

So stop beating around the bush, and tell people when the board “MEETINGS” are or there will be bigger issues than there are now.

ALL Board meetings are open to the OWNERS. You cant have a whole meeting and call it an executive session. The executive sessions are PART of a normal meeting where yes the owners are asked to step out. The board then conducts the “secret” or privacy concerned business, then resumes the meeting. Ya know kind of like the only thing you’ve done by the book.. The Sept 11, 2023 Blaine Library Meeting. THAT is how executive sessions work. You cant just have a whole separate private meeting and conduct OTHER HOA Business and take actions when its NOT PRIVATE INFO.
