The date to send in the completed poll forms was 11/3 aweek ago. Usually with polls you get most responses within the first week. So what were the results? Are the results secret? To be manipulated with proxies? To be announced with fanfare at the next board meeting in December, or the real board of two will use the results to sally forth in self interest and conflicts of interest (that is the view of the IRS of couples on non profit boards in general particularly small ones, Google it).
It appears the date for the return of the survey is past. As with most surveys the people most likely to respond are not the happy campers. And they probably got the most responses within 10 days or so. They could get some more, but that might mean extending the date and announcing that and asking for more responses. So what are the results?
