There should be a meeting location on the property. Ideally this should be a neutral location, a meeting room, a club house, a picnic shelter, contractor trailer, storage unit, ect. Member meetings should happen on the property. We have a perfectly useless tennis court, but it can be used for outside meetings. The organization records should also be stored in a neutral location, and all members should know where the records are kept. There should be some plans being made for the records being transferred from the Secretary and the Treasurer.
