I have managed to get the minutes. They may well be posted to a website near you soon. In any case because of the Jameson’s self interest and inablitly to understand the concept of conflict of interest we have only had 4 members of the board of which two are Ken and Patty Jameson. A court can rule every board meeting since October 19, 2023 null and void. On a board with a married couple there must be 5 members. The other two members can never get to 51 percent. It is a problem that the President and secretary must be at the board meeting in general. There has been no quorum. The boards most important task ishould have been to get that 5th member…you all could realize you did not properly removed Stu. It was a vote of all the members, you only got 25 votes to remove Stu and needed 43 fortunately for you all Stu has been unwilling to sue the HOA. I think he should have. Perhaps would bring an end to amateur hour. Which is totally uncalled for since some been on the board for half a decade. Will we have any board members come the annual meeting. Judy has clearly stated she is quiting and the Jameson’s are both gone once their house closes. Tyler may or may not be the only board member standing.
And folks there is a board meeting at 6:15 at the Blaine library, not that you have been properly notified. This could be a board meeting members may wish to attend, seems it would be in their best interests.
